Just announced: Shakira will be doing a North American leg for her global tour. The Live Nation-produced summer tour will make stops at New York's Madison Square Garden on Sept. 21, Houston's Toyota Center on Oct. 8, and the Staples Center in Los Angeles on Oct. 23.
