Joined by Usher and backed by Stevie Wonder, Shaki sang a soulful rendition of "Higher Ground" that was in sync with the celebratory spirit of the afternoon.

While we hoped that Shakira might belt out a line or two in Spanish, seeing her rock out with Barack, Michelle, Sasha and Malia sitting just a few feet away was enough to keep us satisfied.
