Shakira Announced Her New Album: Second Single: The hip-shaking bombshell is back. On the heels of 'Waka Waka,' Shakira has released the second single, 'Loca,' from her forthcoming album, 'Sale el Sol/The Sun Comes Out,' scheduled to be released on October 19. On the album cover, the sultry songstress shows her love for Silly Bandz -- silicone bands that form into shapes, including animals and words, that are normally worn as bracelets.

In anticipation of her album release, Shakira shot her 'Loca' video with Dizzee Rascal last month in Barcelona, Spain, using a a handheld camera.

The Colombian pop princess was in hot water after she was filmed dancing in a public fountain with locals and riding a motorcycle without a helmet, officials in Barcelona told the press last month.

Shakira New Song Loca & Cover: Shakira has a new single called "Loca" and she has revealed it on her official website along with the artwork which is seemingly taken from the video shoot. A remake of El Cata's song "Loca Con Su Tiguere", it is recorded in English with Dizzee Rascal as a featured guest and in Spanish with the addition of El Cata's vocal.

Recorded in the Dominican Republic, Shakira brings her signature fusion of musical identities to this production of "Loca" by blending the horn-heavy elements of meringue with a synthesis of techno percussion laid out to a dance back beat. She will list the song in her upcoming studio album "Sale El Sol".

Shakira Videos: New Song: Colombian star Shakira's new single "Loca" was premiered earlier today, September 1st, on different European radios. This is the English version which features British rapper Dizzee Rascal. Finally here's the studio vesion! The uptempo pop tune with lots of reggaeton influence serves as the lead single from Shakira's upcoming album "Sale El Sol" - in stores later in 2010. "Loca" was produced by El Cata and Pitbull. Actually "Loca" is a remake of El Cata's own song "Loca Con Su Tigre". Shakira's new single samples the exact same beats. Anyways, I'm loving the song, loving it already from the previews and videos that were released online. Shakira has a smash here! Although I think I'll like the Spanish version better though. And probably "Loca" will be more of a hit in Spanish-speaking countries. Moreover, Shakira's new album will be fully in Spanish although it seems all the singles will have an English counterpart.

Colombian singer Shakira has revealed she is embarking on an "interactive tour" this winter to get close to her fans. The Hips Don't Lie hitmaker says she usually only sees the first row of her audience but she's determined to reach everyone this time during her Tour of Earthly Delights.

"It is going to have themes and there'll be a lot of audience interaction. My live show will have a lot of that - a lot of dancing, a joie de vivre. I feel such freedom on stage. It's such a rush to be performing. I like to see everybody's faces on stage, to see the reaction," she said.

Colombian singer Shakira received the VIP treatment while shooting a commercial on the Spanish island of Ibiza yesterday. The petite star was carried across rocky terrain in the arms of an assistant after spending the day posing for pictures on a cliff face.

Looking like a true damsel in distress and clutching onto her dress in order to protect her modesty, the 33-year old star was then hoisted into a waiting boat by three other men. Her hair was in its usual tousled state and she was barefoot, wearing only a dark red summer dress that she had quickly changed into after the shoot. For the shoot itself Shakira wore a black dress with an enormous flowing blue net train.

The singer was snapped just ten days ago wearing an identical outfit, albeit hot pink, for a similar photo-shoot. It was unclear what the photoshoot was in aid of, but Shakira has been working on a new album which is due for release in September. The star has also been working on other ventures away from singing recently.

Last month she announced the release of her new fragrance S by Shakira, cleverly timed to come out in the same month as her new album. The fragrance is said to contain notes of jasmine, vanilla, sandalwood and amber.

Insider hears the snake-hipped Columbian was spotted gyrating on the VIP balcony at Cream Amnesia, their weekly summer residency on the party isle.

Celeb punters are nothing new for Cream, though. This is the Liverpool club’s 17th year on the island and previous VIP guests have included P Diddy, Leo diCaprio and Paris Hilton.

Shahrukh Khan is huge in himself but he too finds himself star struck once in a while. During his family vacation to South Africa, the actor had the chance to meet Shakira. SRK was in complete awe of the beauty with whom he not only took pictures but went on to tweet a number of compliments her way.
