Shakira Gets Steamy with Rafael Nadal in New Video

When looking for eye candy for her latest video, Shakira went straight to the top ranks of tennis stardom and brought in Rafael Nadal.
The tennis champ, who is currently ranked third in the world, strips his shirt and rolls around with.
The scantily-clad Colombian singer for her new single, "Gypsy."“
I thought that maybe I needed someone I could in some way identify with.
And Rafael Nadal is a person who has been totally committed to his career since he was very young. Since he was 17, I believe," she told the Latin American Herald-Tribune. “I’ve been on the road since I was very, very young, so that’s where the gypsy metaphor comes from.”
In the video for "Gypsy," or "Gitana" as its titled in Spanish, Shakira and Nadal get up close and personal as she sings, "I'm a gypsy/ Are you coming with me? / I might steal your clothes and wear them if they fit me." It sounds like Nadal was keen to be part of the project.
“It has been a great experience and I had a lot of fun doing it," Nadal said of making the video. "I had some time in between tournaments and preparation and could not miss this opportunity. Shakira, as always, was spectacular. Working with a woman as charming as her, well, it makes it a lot easier to tell the truth. It was great, very easy, she’s really sweet and that always makes the hours go by faster.”
